The Sault Community Drum Circle gets together every Thursday 7-9

From September to May we are hosted by Sault College
in Enji Maawnjidiing "Where We Gather" (Native Centre, located by arbor) and on occasion at the nearby Student Life Center (Blue Roof) if the Enji Maawnjidiing is required for other activities.

June-August  we are in Bellevue Park at the circle of trees when it is sunny; during rain we are in the nearby shelter (red roof) - if that location is already occupied, we'll be in the band stand.

Depending on the weather we may move to Bellevue early in late May.

The dates of the Echoes of The World Drum Festival will be updated each year, the location remains the same. The dates normally coincide with the weekend closest to the Summer Solstice, the first day of summer. Sean Jesseau performs and sells drums each year at the festival. The Sault Community Drum Circle is hoping to arrange annual lessons by Sean during his time here for the festival.

Any location that has the image of a yellow shopping bag is a location of a drum supplier in Sault Ste. Marie. If you have any information on other drum suppliers in Sault Ste. Marie and area, please contact us through the form available on our contact page.
